You get four loyalty points for every €1 spent in a Boots store or online with the Boots Advantage Card, so €50 would amount to 200 points or €2 worth of vouchers that can be spent on anything — an absolute godsend if you’re a Boots regular.

It gets better for over-60s, who get 10 points for euro spent on Boots own-brand products, and parents, who get 10 points for every €1 they spend on baby products (except formula) if they have a child under the age of three.
